Trump's Response: 'Very Boring' and 'Going Silent Would Be Very Good'

When asked about Iran suspending talks, Trump told NBC News he 'was not told' about it — then suggested he didn't much care. 'I think we've been talking too much, if you want to know the truth,' he said. 'I think going silent would be very good, and that could be for a long time.'

He separately told CNBC, per the New York Times, that he 'couldn't care less' if negotiations with Iran break down.
