Bravo Star Natalya Scudder Says She Was Detained and Deported From the US Over Visa Dispute

Natalya Scudder, the Australian stewardess who starred on Seasons 7 and 8 of Bravo's "Below Deck Mediterranean," says she was detained and deported from the United States after immigration officials accused her of doing paid work on the wrong visa.

Scudder told TMZ she was trying to land at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) when an immigration officer took longer than usual processing her. She says she was then "pulled from like this main waiting area to the behind the scenes of the airport." It was there, she claims, that she was informed she'd taken photos "on American soil" in 2024 and earned money from them — which officials allegedly told her meant she'd "illegally worked on the wrong visa."

Scudder, who is also an OnlyFans creator, says she was then taken to a holding room where she found "dirty blankets on the floor" and "stains all over the walls." She says she was the "only girl" there and that showering meant a "shared loofah" with no towels — with officers telling her to dry off with her own dirty clothes and put them back on. When she asked for a blanket because she was "freezing," she says she was told, "This isn't the Beverly Hills Hotel." She says she was told this could be her situation for "one to five days."

Scudder also alleges that when she was detained, officers took her iPhone and "went through absolutely everything," telling her that whatever she thought was deleted on her phone "is not deleted." She claims officials looked through her ChatGPT history, text messages, notes, and "every single thing you've ever screenshotted, taken a picture of, Googled." She described the experience as embarrassing, saying people would "stare at you and laugh" when they came out of the processing room.
