UNBIASED HEADLINES REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM: OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NOT A SWEEPSTAKES, LOTTERY OR CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Plain-English summary (not a substitute for the Terms below)
- US only, both sides. You and each person you invite must be 18+, a US resident, and located in the US at signup; invitees answer one question (“Are you 18 or older and a US person?”) in a popup when they open your link. No or no answer = ranks only, no cash. You have one UBH account and a US Stripe account.
- You get a personal referral link once your own email is verified. You earn $10 USD for each Confirmed Signup: a real person, aged 18+, a US resident located in the US, who verifies their email, passes fraud checks and still has an active account 30 days later. Signups appear in your registrations and rank only after the invitee verifies their email. You can leave the program from Settings at any time; rewards already Confirmed or Deferred are still paid.
- Only you earn. The people you invite are not paid. Never tell them they will be.
- Disclose it. Any public or social post must say something like “I earn a reward if you sign up.”
- Payouts are monthly through Stripe, after a UBH staff member approves each one. The minimum payout is $20; smaller balances carry over. UBH sets a monthly reward budget (currently $10,000). Rewards above it are deferred, not lost, and paid in later months in confirmation order. While $20,000 of rewards is already deferred, new signups count for ranks only.
- No self-referrals, fake, alias or disposable emails, bots, spam, paid ads using UBH’s name, or inviting minors. UBH can withhold or reverse rewards and close accounts for fraud.
- You are responsible for your taxes. Stripe collects your tax details and handles any 1099 reporting.
- UBH may suspend, modify or end the program at any time, with or without notice. Signups after that time earn no reward. Rewards already Confirmed or Deferred before then remain payable under these terms; signups still in the 30-day hold earn nothing. UBH may cap its total liability (currently $30,000 across all unpaid rewards) and each person’s rewards (currently $2,000 per calendar month), and may pause new rewards automatically if signups spike. Florida law and Orange County, Florida courts apply, and both sides waive a jury trial (Section 19.2).
1. Sponsor; Agreement
1.1 The Unbiased Headlines Referral Rewards Program (the “Program”) is offered by Chaillan Publications, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, d/b/a Unbiased Headlines (“UBH,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us”), operator of unbiasedheadlines.com, its apps and related services (the “Service”).
1.2 These Referral Rewards Program Terms (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and UBH. They supplement the UBH Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If these Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a matter specific to the Program, these Terms control.
1.3 You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box and clicking to join the Program. If you do not agree, do not participate.
2. Definitions
- “Participant” or “you” means an eligible UBH member who has enrolled in the Program.
- “Referral Link” means the unique URL or code UBH assigns to a Participant.
- “Referred Person” means an individual who creates a UBH account through your Referral Link.
- “Confirmed Signup” has the meaning given in Section 5.
- “Reward” means the $10.00 USD amount credited for a Confirmed Signup under Section 6.
- “Program Period” means one calendar month, beginning 12:00:00 a.m. and ending 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the first and last day of that month. The Program starts on Monday, October 12, 2026.
- “Monthly Budget” and “Deferral Ceiling” have the meanings given in Section 6.4.
- “Status Rank” means a non-monetary recognition level such as “UBH Advocate” (Section 9).
- “Payout Account” means your Stripe Connect Express account linked to the Program.
3. Eligibility
3.1 To participate you must, at enrollment and at every payout: (a) be at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority where you live; (b) be a United States person and legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (US territories are not included), physically located in the United States when you enroll; (c) have a registered UBH account in good standing whose email address you have verified (by the verification link UBH sends, or by signing in with a single sign-on provider that confirms the address); your Referral Link is not active, and no signup is attributed to you, until it is verified; and (d) be able to open and keep a Stripe Connect Express account established in the United States with a US bank account. Non-US Payout Accounts are not accepted.
3.2 One account per person. You may hold only one UBH account and one Payout Account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened for another person are prohibited.
3.3 Excluded persons. The following persons may not earn Rewards: employees, officers, members, contractors and agents of UBH and its affiliates; anyone with administrative access to UBH systems; and members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) or households of any of these persons.
3.4 By enrolling, you represent that you meet these requirements. If a representation is false, UBH may void any Reward and close your account.
3.5A Invitees. People you invite must also be 18+ and located in the United States. They confirm this themselves in the popup shown when they open a Referral Link (Section 5.3). An invitee who answers No, or never answers, may still register but earns you no cash Reward.
3.5 The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How the Program Works
4.1 Enrollment. After enrolling, you receive a Referral Link. Enrollment is free. No purchase, payment, subscription or fee of any kind is required to join, refer, or earn a Reward, and a purchase does not increase any Reward.
4.2 Sharing. You may share your Referral Link personally with people you know who are 18 or older, and publicly in line with Section 7.
4.3 Attribution. A signup is attributed to you only if the Referred Person creates a new UBH account through your Referral Link, as recorded by UBH’s systems. UBH’s records decide attribution and are final, subject to Section 11.4. UBH is not responsible for signups that are not attributed because of cookies being blocked or cleared, a link being altered, a person using another device or browser, technical failure, or any other cause. Each Referred Person can be attributed to only one Participant. Attribution window: UBH uses a 30-day first-touch cookie. The first Referral Link a person clicks is credited if that person registers within 30 days of the click. Later clicks on other Participants’ links do not replace it.
4.4 Who earns. Only the Participant earns a Reward. Referred Persons do not receive any money, Reward, or other compensation from UBH because they signed up through a Referral Link.
5. Confirmed Signups
5.1 A signup becomes a “Confirmed Signup” only when UBH determines that all of the following are true:
- the Referred Person is a real, individual human being and not a bot, script, or automated agent;
- the Referred Person is at least eighteen (18) years old;
- (b-1) the Referred Person is a United States person and resident who was physically located in the United States at signup, and answered Yes to the question “Are you 18 or older and a US person?” in the popup shown when they opened the Referral Link (Section 5.3). Where UBH’s systems happen to record a country for the signup and it is outside the United States, the signup earns no Reward; a missing country is ignored;
- the Referred Person verified their email address (by UBH’s verification link, or by signing up with a single sign-on provider that confirms the address). Until it is verified, the signup is not shown in your registrations, reward counts or Status Rank progress;
- the Referred Person is, to UBH’s knowledge, a new UBH user who has never before had a UBH account;
- the signup passes UBH’s fraud and quality checks (Section 10); and
- the Referred Person’s account is still active and in good standing at the end of a thirty (30) day hold period after signup (the “Hold Period”).
5.2 A signup that does not meet every requirement earns no Reward. Until a signup is a Confirmed Signup, it is shown as “pending.” A pending signup has no value and creates no right to payment.
5.2A Non-US or unattested signups. A signup that fails only Section 5.1(b-1) (for example, a real adult outside the United States, or a Referred Person who answered No or never answered the popup question) still creates a normal UBH account and earns no cash Reward, but may count toward Status Ranks (Section 9) if it meets every other requirement.
5.3 How the invitee attestation is collected. A visitor who arrives through a Referral Link sees one popup on the UBH site: “Are you 18 or older and a US person?” with Yes and No. The answer is stored with the referral code and a timestamp in a first-party cookie on that browser, and is read only if that browser then creates a new UBH account (by email or by single sign-on). If the popup is closed without an answer, the signup is treated as not attested; the popup may appear again on a later visit. UBH asks nothing else: there is no question in the registration form and none after sign-in. Answering is optional, and registration never depends on it. UBH records, for each referred signup, the answer (Yes, No, or none), the attestation wording version, and the timestamp. An answer cannot be added or changed after the account is created.
5.4 A signup is credited to the Program Period in which it becomes a Confirmed Signup (that is, when the Hold Period ends and every check is passed), and not the period in which the person signed up.
6. Rewards, Payouts, Monthly Budget and Deferral
6.1 Reward amount. UBH credits a fixed Reward of $10.00 USD for each Confirmed Signup, subject to Section 6.4. The amount does not depend on chance, ranking, or comparison with other Participants.
6.2 Balance. Credited Rewards make up your Reward balance. A Reward balance is a bookkeeping record of amounts UBH may pay under these Terms. It is not a deposit, a stored-value account, or property of the Participant. It does not earn interest and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or used for purchases.
6.3 Payouts.
- Payouts are made once a month, in USD, only through Stripe Connect Express to your US Payout Account. UBH does not pay by check, cash, gift card, cryptocurrency, or any other way.
- Minimum payout: $20.00. If your balance is $20.00 or more when the payout run is prepared, it is eligible for payout. A smaller balance carries forward to later months, subject to Sections 6.6 and 13.
- One payout per Participant per calendar month.
- Manual approval. Every payout is reviewed and approved individually by UBH before it is sent. UBH may delay a payout while it reviews possible fraud or a breach of these Terms.
- UBH aims to start approved payouts on the 15th day of the month after the Program Period in which the Rewards were credited. Stripe and your bank determine when the funds arrive. UBH is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, banks, or incomplete Payout Account information.
- You must finish Stripe’s onboarding, including identity and tax verification. If you do not, payouts will be held. If you have not linked a working Payout Account within twelve (12) months of a Reward being credited, UBH may cancel that Reward after giving at least thirty (30) days’ notice to your account email, to the extent permitted by law (including any applicable unclaimed-property law).
- UBH pays its own Stripe fees for payouts. Fees charged by your bank, or currency conversion fees, are your responsibility.
6.4 Monthly Budget, deferral and ordering.
- Monthly Budget. UBH sets a Program-wide budget for Rewards credited in each Program Period across all Participants (the “Monthly Budget”). It is currently $10,000 USD. UBH may change it under Section 13.
- Ordering. Rewards are queued and paid in the order the signups became Confirmed Signups, as recorded by UBH’s systems. Ordering decides only when a Reward is paid, not whether it is earned.
- Deferral. A Reward that does not fit within a month’s Monthly Budget is not forfeited. It is deferred and paid from the following month’s or months’ budgets, in confirmation order, for as long as the Program continues. Deferred Rewards keep their place in the queue ahead of later Confirmed Signups.
- Deferral Ceiling. UBH limits total deferred Rewards across all Participants (the “Deferral Ceiling”). It is currently $20,000 USD. While deferred Rewards are at the Deferral Ceiling, further Confirmed Signups earn no Reward. They are not added to the queue later, but they still count toward Status Ranks. Signups confirmed after room opens below the ceiling earn Rewards normally. Rewards may therefore be paid in later Program Periods than the one in which they were earned, and UBH may cap its total liability for deferred Rewards at the Deferral Ceiling.
- Minimum payout. Section 6.3(b) still applies: deferred Rewards are added to your balance when paid from a later budget, and a balance under $20.00 carries forward.
- Program end. Rewards that were Confirmed or Deferred before the Program ends remain payable under these Terms (Section 13.3).
- UBH may show budget, queue or ceiling status. That display is for information only.
- Total liability cap. UBH may cap its total liability for all Rewards that are pending, under review, Confirmed but unpaid, or Deferred, across all Participants (the “Liability Cap”). It is currently $30,000 USD. A signup that would take the total above the Liability Cap earns no Reward but still counts toward Status Ranks.
- Per-Participant monthly cap. Each Participant may earn Rewards confirmed in one calendar month (Eastern Time) up to a monthly limit, currently $2,000 USD. Further signups confirmed in that month earn no Reward but still count toward Status Ranks.
- Automatic pause. If referred signups rise unusually fast or an unusual share is flagged by fraud checks, UBH’s systems may automatically pause new Rewards. During a pause, signups are still recorded and count toward Status Ranks but do not accrue Rewards; UBH reopens accrual after review. Rewards accrued before the pause are not affected.
6.5 Errors. If a Reward or payout is credited or paid in error, including a duplicate payment or an amount above the Monthly Budget or Deferral Ceiling, UBH may correct your balance. It may also offset the amount against future Rewards or require you to repay it.
6.6 Withholding and reversal. UBH may withhold, cancel, or reverse any pending or credited Reward, and recover any Reward paid within the previous ninety (90) days, if UBH determines in good faith that the Reward came from fraud, a prohibited activity, a breach of these Terms, or an error, or if the Referred Person’s account is closed for fraud or abuse within ninety (90) days after confirmation. Recovery is made by written request to your account email or by offset against your future Rewards; UBH does not debit your bank account.
7. Promotion Rules and Required Disclosures (FTC)
7.1 Disclose your material connection. When you share your Referral Link or promote UBH anywhere other than in a private, one-to-one message to someone you know, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a reward for referrals. This follows the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255). Acceptable examples: “I earn a reward if you sign up with my link,” or “Referral link: I get $10 if you join.” The disclosure must:
- appear with the link or claim itself, not only in a profile bio, behind a “more” link, or in a list of hashtags;
- be in the same language as the post and easy to notice and understand;
- be spoken in video or audio content and also shown on screen where possible; and
- appear in each post, story, or video, not just once.
A hashtag alone such as “#ref” is not sufficient. “#ad” may be added, but only together with plain words.
7.2 No false or misleading statements. You must not:
- state or imply that the person you invite will be paid, receive money, or receive any reward for signing up. Only you earn a Reward;
- describe the Program as a way to earn income, a job, or an investment;
- make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about UBH, its content, or its features;
- claim to be UBH, to speak for UBH, or to be endorsed by UBH; or
- state or show Reward amounts other than those in these Terms.
7.3 Honest opinions. Any endorsement you make must reflect your honest opinion and real experience with UBH.
7.4 UBH may monitor public promotions. It may ask you to correct or remove non-compliant content, and you must do so promptly. UBH may withhold Rewards for signups that came from non-compliant content.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not, and must not help or allow anyone else to:
- refer yourself, including by using a second account, a family member’s or household member’s identity, or any other person’s details without their real participation;
- use duplicate, alias, “plus-addressed” (e.g., name+1@example.com), dot-variant, catch-all, disposable, temporary, or throwaway email addresses, or addresses you control on behalf of a Referred Person;
- use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, click farms, AI agents, VPNs, proxies, or device- or identity-masking tools to create, simulate, or inflate signups;
- offer, pay, or give money, gift cards, rebates, a share of your Reward, or anything else of value to induce someone to sign up (“incentivized signups”), or take part in signup-exchange or “sub-for-sub” schemes;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages. This includes email, SMS, messaging-app, or social media messages sent to people you do not know, or messages that break the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, or platform rules. You must not post your link in places where referral links are not allowed;
- invite, target, or knowingly accept signups from anyone under 18, or promote your link on sites, channels, or communities directed at children or teens;
- bid on, buy, or use “Unbiased Headlines,” “UBH,” or any UBH trademark, logo, or confusingly similar term (including misspellings) in paid search, paid social, display, or other paid advertising, or in domain names, app names, social handles, or usernames;
- create websites, pages, or ads that copy or imitate UBH or suggest they are official UBH properties;
- cookie-stuff, force-click, hide links, redirect traffic, or otherwise tamper with attribution;
- buy, sell, trade, or transfer Referral Links, accounts, or Reward balances;
- exploit bugs or errors in the Program, or fail to report them promptly to UBH; or
- violate any law or regulation, or any third party’s rights, when promoting UBH.
9. Status Ranks
UBH may award Status Ranks (for example “UBH Advocate”) based on the number of referred signups whose email address is verified and that UBH has not rejected for fraud, including signups made while a cap or pause applied and non-US signups under Section 5.2A. Status Ranks, badges, leaderboards, and similar recognition have no cash or monetary value. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money or anything else of value, and they cannot be transferred. UBH may change, reset, or remove them at any time.
10. Fraud Prevention and Data
10.1 Signals collected. To detect fraud and enforce these Terms, UBH collects and processes the following data about Participants and Referred Persons: a salted (one-way) hash of the IP address; the network prefix (for example, the first part of an IP address or the ISP network); a hash of browser and device characteristics; language and time-zone settings; timing of link clicks, page loads, and signups; a first-party device cookie; email domain; and, only when the request happens to carry one, a country value (a missing country is never held against a signup). UBH uses these signals only to operate the Program, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the Service, and comply with law.
10.2 Retention. Fraud signals are kept for 180 days after collection and then deleted or irreversibly de-identified. The exception is data UBH must keep longer to resolve a pending dispute, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. In that case it is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
10.3 Payee data. Identity, bank, and tax information is collected and stored by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates under Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy, which you must accept to receive payouts. UBH stores only your Stripe account identifier and the payout records it needs (amounts, dates, and status). UBH does not store your bank account number, Social Security Number, or tax identification number.
10.4 Referred Persons. UBH may tell you whether a signup through your Referral Link is pending, confirmed, or rejected. UBH will not share a Referred Person’s email, name, or other personal information with you.
10.5 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes how UBH processes personal information, including your privacy rights and how to use them. It is incorporated into these Terms.
11. UBH’s Determinations; Enforcement
11.1 UBH decides reasonably and in good faith, based on the signals in Section 10 and the other information available to it, whether a signup is a Confirmed Signup and whether fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms has occurred. UBH is not required to disclose its fraud-detection methods.
11.2 If UBH suspects or finds fraud, abuse, or a breach, it may do any or all of the following: withhold, cancel, or reverse Rewards (pending or credited), and recover paid Rewards as described in Section 6.6; suspend payouts; remove you from the Program; and suspend or close your UBH account.
11.3 UBH may also report suspected fraud to Stripe, to payment networks, or to law enforcement.
11.4 Review. If UBH rejects a signup or a Reward of any amount, or removes you from the Program, it will email your account address with the general reason. You may respond within fourteen (14) days. UBH will consider your response, and its decision after that period is final.
12. Taxes
12.1 You are solely responsible for all taxes on Rewards you receive. Rewards are generally taxable income.
12.2 Stripe collects the identity and taxpayer information needed for tax reporting on UBH’s behalf. If required by law (the federal threshold is currently $2,000 for payments made in 2026 and later, and may change), you will receive an IRS Form 1099. Stripe handles this reporting.
12.3 Payouts may be held until you provide valid tax information. UBH or Stripe may withhold amounts where the law requires it, for example backup withholding.
13. Changes, Suspension and Termination of the Program
13.1 The Program runs one month at a time. UBH may suspend, modify, or end the Program, or any part of it (including the Reward amount, minimum payout, Monthly Budget, Deferral Ceiling, Liability Cap, per-Participant cap, Hold Period, and eligibility), at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Signups made after a suspension or end takes effect earn no Reward. Material changes are posted on this page with a new version number.
13.2 Effect of changes. Except as stated in Section 13.3, a change does not reduce a Reward already credited to your balance before the change takes effect. Signups that become Confirmed Signups after the effective date follow the Terms in force on that date. Material changes take effect when posted, or on the later date shown, and you will be asked to accept the new version before you can keep earning Rewards. Rewards credited under an earlier version stay payable without re-accepting.
13.3 Ending the Program. If UBH ends the Program, it will post the end date on this page. Signups made after that time earn no Reward. Rewards that were Confirmed or Deferred before that time remain payable, subject to these Terms (including the minimum payout, Sections 6.6 and 11, and the Liability Cap). Signups still in the Hold Period on the end date are not Confirmed Signups and earn no Reward.
13.4 Leaving the Program. You may leave at any time with the “Leave program” button in your account settings (you will be asked to confirm) or by emailing UBH. UBH records when you left. From that moment: (a) signups through your Referral Link earn no Reward, but your link keeps working and those signups still count toward Status Ranks; (b) signups still in the Hold Period earn no Reward; and (c) Rewards already Confirmed or Deferred remain payable under these Terms (including the minimum payout and Sections 6.6 and 11). You may re-join by accepting the then-current version of these Terms again; Rewards accrue only for signups made after you re-join. Deleting your UBH account ends your participation and forfeits any unpaid balance, to the extent permitted by law; request a final payout before deleting your account.
13.5 If your UBH account is closed for a breach of these Terms or the Terms of Service, uncredited and unpaid Rewards are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
14. Nature of the Program
14.1 A fixed commission, not a sweepstakes, lottery, or contest. Each Reward is a fixed commission paid for a result: a Confirmed Signup. The Program involves no chance, drawing, random selection, judging, or contest of skill, and requires no fee, purchase, or other consideration. Each Confirmed Signup earns the same fixed Reward. The published Monthly Budget affects only the timing of payment, in confirmation order. The published Deferral Ceiling is a fixed, disclosed limit, not a random outcome. For this reason UBH does not register or bond the Program as a game of chance in any state.
14.2 Not employment. You take part as an independent individual. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and UBH. You have no authority to bind UBH or speak for it, and you are not entitled to wages, benefits, or expense reimbursement.
14.3 App stores. Apple Inc., Google LLC, and other app-store operators are not sponsors of the Program, are not involved with it in any way, and have no responsibility for it. The Program is available on all devices, including UBH’s mobile apps.
15. License to Use UBH Marks
UBH grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the UBH name and the official promotional materials UBH provides, only to share your Referral Link in line with these Terms. You must not alter UBH logos or create materials that suggest UBH sponsors or endorses you. The license ends automatically when you leave the Program or when UBH revokes it.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PROGRAM, REFERRAL LINKS, TRACKING, AND ALL RELATED SYSTEMS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OF TRACKING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UBH AND ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (INCLUDING STRIPE) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM. UBH’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE REWARDS CREDITED TO YOU AND NOT YET PAID, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions these limitations apply to the extent permitted.
18. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UBH and its affiliates, members, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your promotional activity, including any failure to disclose under Section 7 or any message you send; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any law; or (c) your violation of any third party’s rights.
19. Governing Law; Venue; Disputes
19.1 Governing law. These Terms and the Program are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
19.2 Venue. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program will be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Orange County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division. You and UBH consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Orange County, Florida, if the claim qualifies. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND UBH EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
20. General
20.1 Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent needed, and the rest of these Terms stays in effect.
20.2 No waiver. If UBH does not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.
20.3 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms or any Reward. UBH may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or to an affiliate.
20.4 Notices. UBH may give you notice by email to your account address or by posting in the Service. You may give notice to UBH at the contact address below.
20.5 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about the Program.
20.6 Survival. Sections 6.5, 6.6, 10, 11, 12, and 16 through 20 survive termination.
20.7 Headings and summary. Headings and the summary box are for convenience only and have no legal effect. If the summary and these Terms differ, these Terms control.
20.8 Versions. Each version of these Terms has a version identifier (TERMS_VERSION). UBH records which version you accepted and when. Earlier versions are available on request and at /referral-terms-archive/index.html.
